The directory is non-exhaustive. There may be other service providers of Occupational Health and Safety training needs not on the directory. The directory is self-registering, meaning any training providers in British Columbia may register. WorkSafeBC does not in any way vet the Occupational Health and Safety Training providers that register on the directory.
Anyone contemplating engaging any person or organization listed in the directory should make their own enquiries and assessments with respect to the ability and suitability of any individual or organization on the directory to provide the services they purport to provide. Persons or organizations listed in the directory are not approved by or are in partnership with WorkSafeBC.
WorkSafeBC makes no representation or warranty regarding the ability or suitability of any person or organization listed in the directory to provide the services they advertise or that the services they provide necessarily result in compliance with the Workers Compensation Act, and regulations thereto. WorkSafeBC hereby disclaims all warranties, including all warranties of merchant ability, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose, in regard to the services the persons or organizations listed in the directory purport to provide.
In no event shall WorkSafeBC be liable for any damages or losses of any type suffered by any user of the directory who engages a person or organization listed in the directory from any cause whatsoever arising from or in any way related to the provision of Occupation Health and Safety Training services.

The Occupational Health and Training Providers website is a no charge listing service for safety and education providers with operations within the Province of British Columbia. The service is provided by WorkSafeBC as a convenience for the safety industry.
Registration by businesses and individuals of their services on the directory or website is in no way an approval of the services by WorkSafeBC and registration does not create a partnership with WorkSafeBC. Registration in the directory is in no way a recommendation or certification of any kind and any such representation or warranty either express or implied is denied.
