WorkSafeBC provides the following directory to assist individuals and organizations locate service providers for occupational health and safety training needs. The directory is non-exhaustive. There may be other service providers of occupational health and safety training needs not in the directory. The directory is self-registering, meaning any training providers in British Columbia may register. WorkSafeBC does not in any way vet the occupational health and safety training providers that register for the directory.

Anyone contemplating engaging any person or organization listed in the directory should make their own enquiries and assessments with respect to the ability and suitability of that person or organization to provide the services they purport to provide. Persons and organizations listed in the directory are not approved by nor in partnership with WorkSafeBC.

WorkSafeBC makes no representation or warranty regarding the ability or suitability of any person or organization listed in the directory to provide the services they advertise or that the services they provide necessarily result in compliance with the Workers Compensation Act and regulations thereto. WorkSafeBC hereby disclaims all warranties, including all warranties of merchant ability, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose, in regard to the services the persons and organizations listed in the directory purport to provide.

In no event shall WorkSafeBC be liable for any damages or losses of any type suffered by any user of the directory who engages a person or organization listed in the directory from any cause whatsoever arising from or in any way related to the provision of occupational health and safety training services.

WorkSafeBC reserves the right to remove any person or organization from the list. The list is subject to change at any time.
